• Madison, MS
• Relocate to Madison, MS or Biloxi, MS at your own expense.

MUST HAVES:

• Experience running/terminating and organizing cable
• Low voltage experience is a must! but a class B or C license a huge plus.
• Install, terminate, and test various types of cable.
• Professional appearance and communications, will be working with a variety of small and large clients.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record, will be using a company vehicle.

FIELD TECHNICIAN DUTIES

• Install, terminate, and test various types of cable, including CAT6 and Coax.
• Install, maintain, and repair various types of IP and Analog camera systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair various types of alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot/resolve basic network issues independently.
• Document all work performed, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience running/terminating cable.
• Previous experience with IP and Analog camera systems.
• Low Voltage Electrical License.
• Previous experience with alarm systems.
• Previous experience with access control.
• Ability to complete jobs neatly and in a timely manner.
• Ability to travel regularly for jobs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
