Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Industrial electrician capable of operating in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of NEC and OSHA standards and 600V electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and parts specs.
• PLCs (Modicon and Allen-Bradley) and VFDs knowledge in manufacturing.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
• HMIs knowledge is preferred.
• Able to work safely on elevated surfaces and use ladders/ lifts.
• Capable of operating walk-behind hand trucks and forklifts.
• Strong problem-solving and basic troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage electrical projects, timelines, and resources.
• Supervise electricians, provide guidance, and ensure safety.
• Support continuous improvement and root cause resolution.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
