Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and lead the team to do the same.
• Lead and supervise electricians and laborers in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Ensure quality work and timely completion of tasks.
• Provide technical direction and troubleshooting for electrical issues.
• Review plans to determine material requirements and work schedules.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for electrical work.
• Participate in personnel actions and may train new workers.
• Maintain records of work, inventory, and changes to scope.
• Preplan daily activities and monitor tasks.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice.
