Job summary

BLOX is seeking an experienced electrical systems leader to own the electrical DMC scope for a product line, driving system performance, margin, manufacturability, deployment consistency, and long-term scalability.

The role requires building and mentoring a dedicated electrical team, collaborating across Program Leadership and Manufacturing to ensure seamless integration into standardized deployment environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in commercial, industrial, mission-critical electrical environments.
• Ownership of complex electrical systems from design through deployment.
• Experience leading across design, manufacturing, construction, and deployment teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical DMC scope with accountability for system performance and margins.
• Build and mature the electrical operating system for the product line.
• Develop and lead an electrical team including PM, designer, SME, and construction lead.
• Align product intent with manufacturing integration and field deployment execution.
• Influence distribution, grounding, and commissioning during product definition phases.
• Ensure designs meet manufacturability, repeatability, and field performance goals.
