Job summary

BLOX, based in Birmingham, Alabama, seeks an experienced electrical systems leader to own the electrical DMC scope within a product line. You will drive system performance, margin, manufacturability, deployment discipline, and long‑term scalability with a builder mindset and hands‑on field involvement.

The role leads an electrical team, aligns product intent with manufacturing, and improves sourcing, deployment methods, and standardization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in commercial/industrial/high‑reliability electrical environments.
• Ownership of complex electrical systems from design through deployment.
• Experience leading across design coordination, manufacturing integration, construction execution, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead ownership of the electrical DMC scope within the product line and drive system performance and margin.
• Build and mature the electrical operating system supporting the product line.
• Develop and lead an electrical team including PM, designer, SME, and construction lead.
