Job summary
Zepto Life Technology, Inc. in Minnesota seeks an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to own the hardware powering our next‑generation molecular diagnostic instrumentation, including GMR electronics platform ownership.
You will design analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits, lead PCB design reviews, drive improvements for manufacturability and reliability, and collaborate with software, quality, and regulatory teams through product lifecycle from prototype to commercialization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
- Minimum five years designing electronic hardware.
- Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal systems.
- Experience designing and reviewing multilayer PCBs.
- Strong signal integrity and power management knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Own the GMR instrumentation electronics platform across product lifecycle.
- Evaluate hardware architecture and drive improvements.
- Design and optimize analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Lead PCB design reviews and component selection.
- Collaborate with software to optimize signal processing.
- Plan hardware verification and environmental testing.
- Develop engineering docs and DFMEA risk assessments.
- Support FDA submissions with Design Controls documentation.
