Job summary

Rehlko in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Power Systems Engineer, Sustaining Product Development to design and validate electrical systems for industrial generator platforms.

You will develop harnesses, power boxes, ATS, and provide technical guidance across engineering and cross‑functional teams. Hybrid work schedule applies; location is Sheboygan, WI. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of electrical experience in power systems design.
• Experience with NEC standards is a plus.
• Proficiency with SEE, AutoCAD, CREO, MATLAB, SAP/Windchill.

Responsibilities

• Provide power system expertise to generator set product development and manufacturing.
• Develop harnesses, wire management, and ATS for standard and custom solutions.
• Guide design reviews, FMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
