Job summary

Aditi Consulting seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical systems for riding lawn mowers and compact tractors. You will collaborate with supply management, quality, PV&V, and program management across the product development process.

The role requires experience with harnesses, wiring, and 3D CAD tools, and involves travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vehicle electrical system design, integration, or testing experience.
• Experience with wiring harnesses, schematics, and software/hardware interaction.
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing project deliverables.
• Knowledge of general product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop electrical system requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and release electrical systems including vehicle harnesses in production.
• Create and organize bills of materials for electrical vehicle systems.
• Collaborate with outside suppliers on component feasibility and integration.
• Provide support through various stages of the product development cycle.
