Our clients include well-known Automotive OEMs and Electric/Autonomous Start-Up Companies that leverage our automotive engineering expertise.
We are looking for talented engineers with backgrounds in Electrical and Computer Engineering for such roles as Vehicle Systems Engineering, Electrical Design and Release, High Voltage Wire Harness Design and Packaging, Embedded Software Development and Algorithm Research, AUTOSAR Model Based System Design, Validation, Hardware in the Loop Integration, Functional Safety, Vehicle Triage, SWAT and Launch Support, etc.
The Electrical Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing and/or integrating electrical components/systems into vehicles, leading the development of technical solutions for multiple complex systems and components, and meeting all functional and business objectives to ensure technical integrity. The selected candidate will lead the team and be responsible for critical interfaces to other teams including Product Design Office, Vehicle Integration, Electrical Validation, and Advanced Packaging. The selected candidate will guide engineers through an entire product creation process from product approval through post-launch activities, including the development of Function Models, DMFEA's, DVP&R, Design Practices, and the Supplier Development/Selection Process. Leadership responsibilities also include employee development, process institutionalization, performance management, and supplier management.
Control Modules, ECM – Electronic Control Module, ECU – Electronic Control Units, Tools Used: DOORs, CAN, Systems, DFMEA – Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Automotive, Integration, Sufficient time and experience in various systems.
