Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical System Design Engineer for Huntsville, Alabama. The role focuses on system level electrical architecture, block diagrams, and hardware design verification to support aerospace/military hardware.

The ideal candidate has a ABET-accredited EE/CE degree and 4+ years of hardware design experience, with strong problem solving and team collaboration skills. On-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering from ABET-accredited institution.
• 4+ years of hardware system design and test experience from architecture to implementation.
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Effective communication within a team environment and interpreting schematics.
• Cable design experience and understanding of fundamental circuits.
• Hands-on lab experience with instrumentation, test equipment, and debugging.
• Self-starter who can work independently and relocate to Huntsville/North Alabama.

Responsibilities

• System level electrical architecture and design.
• Create block diagrams, electrical system requirements, cable specifications and drawings.
• Select components and perform derating activities.
• Conduct new hardware design verification testing.
• Support system level integration activities.
