Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead maintenance and reliability efforts at the Ravena Cement Plant. You will plan, schedule, and oversee electrical activities to maximize equipment utilization and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in electrical supervision, and PLC/HMI expertise. Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside the Ravena area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Electrical Engineering
• Required Work Experience: 5+ years of electrical supervision and project experience, PLC programming and HMI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee the execution of all electrical maintenance activities in the plant.
• Lead the Electrical Safe Work Practices (ESWP) and Energy Isolation (EI) programs.
• Oversee maintenance of process instrumentation for environmental compliance and quality control.
• Maintain electrical documentation including master equipment files and repair history.
• Develop and maintain the electrical budget and CAPEX support.
