Qualifications
- BS Degree with 5+ years of manufacturing experience or 10 years of manufacturing management experience.
- Background in Electrical fundamentals; able to work with 3-phase and single-phase power distribution.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems and reading schematics.
- Experience with 480-volt power and PLC platforms; knowledge of Allen-Bradley products.
Responsibilities
- Capable of supporting troubleshooting and observations of machine centers with shift supervisors to meet production and quality standards.
- Manage department costs and develop key metrics to optimize manufacturing unit cost.
- Ensure crew safety through Lock-Out Procedures and FLRA safety audits.
- Conduct counseling and coaching sessions and performance evaluations for direct reports.
