Job summary

Serac Inc. in Carol Stream, IL is seeking an Electrical Assembly Supervisor to lead a hands-on team on the panel build and machine wiring floor.

You will supervise 5+ electro-mechanical assemblers, coordinate schedules, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and partner with the controls engineer on improvements. A strong background in electrical panels and schematics is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• 5–10+ years hands-on electrical control panel building.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs, including pneumatic/hydraulic.
• Associate degree in electro-mechanical technology (HS Diploma/GED required).
• Comfort with hand/power tools, fabrication machinery, forklift and crane.
• Valid driver's license.
• Allen-Bradley/electrical controls familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and develop your team, including hiring and performance reviews

Serac is a global packaging machinery OEM building filling, capping, and cup-filling equipment. We are hiring an Electrical Assembly Supervisor to lead our panel build and machine wiring floor, the hands-on team that brings our machines to life.
