Job summary

The Electrical Superintendent at Keyfit Connect will oversee all phases of multi-family construction projects in Oregon, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence across hotels, retirement centers, and apartments.

The role directs field crews, coordinates subcontractors, maintains daily reports, and collaborates with project stakeholders to meet milestones. Oregon Journeyman License is required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working on multi-family construction (new construction on hotels, retirement centers and apartments) as a Superintendent
• Oregon Journeyman License required

Responsibilities

• Direct all on-site construction activities to ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Plan, organize, and oversee each phase of the construction process from project startup through closeout.
• Supervise field personnel, subcontractor coordination, and daily jobsite operations.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust manpower and resources as needed to maintain production goals.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate daily reports documenting completed work.
