Job summary

Richard, Wayne & Roberts is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale data center construction projects. You will plan, supervise, and direct electrical installation crews to stay on schedule and on budget, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will work closely with project management on buyouts, scheduling, and tracking, mentor field supervisors, and ensure workmanship meets company standards.

Qualifications

• State Electrical Journeyman License, or a 4-year engineering degree, or equivalent training and field experience.
• 10+ years supervising electrical construction, with strong knowledge of methods, equipment, and procedures.
• Experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center environments.
• Hyperscale data center experience is a plus.
• Experience on $20M-$100M electrical projects is a plus.
• OSHA 30, or willingness to obtain it.
• Solid grip on construction scheduling, cost control, and managing large crews.
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a post-offer background check and MVR check.

Electrical Superintendent – Data Center Construction

Locations - GA, TX, VA

Lead electrical construction on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects for a top national electrical contractor. This role puts you in charge of field execution on complex, high-value builds, with real support from an experienced project management team.

Note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without current or future need for sponsorship.
