Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Superintendent to lead complex electrical construction projects. You will estimate, develop, and execute integrated project plans with the team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery on-site across our facilities and infrastructure portfolios.

The role demands at least ten years in the electrical industry, foreman experience, and a Master electrician's license preferred. You'll drive collaboration with owners, contractors, and design professionals while

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in electrical industry; foreman experience preferred.
• Master electrician license preferred or equivalent.
• Advanced training in one career discipline or entry-level in two.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an environment of ethical and motivated behavior.
• Motivate and lead teams and team members.
• Deliver a safe, quality project on time within budget.
• Develop the estimate and the integrated project plan with the project team.
• Understand contract, scope, specs, drawings, and plan.
• Manage site logistics with Logistics Service Center.
• Coordinate procurements and material releases with Procurement Service Center.
• Discuss and resolve work procedures with stakeholders.
• Explain plans and terms to staff and clients.
• Direct daily activities per the plan.
• Dispatch workers to sites and monitor progress.
• Supervise foremen and electricians.
• Inspect projects for compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with other contractors.
• Produce safe installations via Safety/Quality Centers.
• Monitor progress daily/weekly.
• Maintain cash flow and profitability.
• Mentor technicians for promotion.
• Conduct performance appraisals with foremen and electricians.
