JE Dunn is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for Industrial/Manufacturing in Atlanta, GA. This role leads safety culture, manages subcontractors and project staff, and coordinates site activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management, field supervision, and scheduling with a focus on quality and Lean processes. The position emphasizes collaboration with owners, designers, and trades across large industrial projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience and 3+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment; mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manages project site logistics and scheduling with Project Manager.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings; supports progress and OAC meetings.
• Tracks budget and costs using project management reports.
