Job summary

Bart's Electric is seeking a qualified Electrical Superintendent / Foreman to join our Oklahoma City team. You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within time and budget, while self-performing field work alongside your crew.

Responsibilities include interpreting plans, coordinating commercial work, and ensuring safety and policy adherence. Competitive pay and a strong benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master electrician license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and own hand tools.
• Ability to work in inclement weather and lift heavy loads.

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within time limits and approved budget.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and submittals to plan and coordinate commercial electrical construction projects.
• Self-perform electrical work: bend and run conduit (including underground), pull wire, install fixtures and outlets, dig ditches, read blueprints, install service, and motor controls.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems in the field.
• Monitor and assess the performance of yourself and your crew, making improvements or taking corrective action as needed.
• Weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, including proper attire, safety, and customer focus.
