Bart’s Electric is a full‑service electrical and special systems contractor with a reputation for reliability and customer service. We are looking for a qualified Electrical Superintendent / Foreman to join our team in Kansas City, MO.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within time limits and approved budget.
- Interpret plans, specifications, and submittals to properly plan and coordinate commercial electrical construction projects.
- Self‑perform electrical work as required, including bending and running conduit (including underground), pulling wire, installing fixtures and outlets, digging ditches, reading blueprints, installing service and motor controls.
- Adhere to company policies, including proper attire, safety protocols, and customer focus.
- Analyze information, evaluate results, choose the best solution, and solve problems.
- Monitor and assess performance of self and work crew to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Understand relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; age 18 or older; reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and hand tools.
- Must hold a Journeyman (JM) or Master electrician license.
- Ability to work in inclement weather, stand the entire shift, squat, bend, reach overhead, lift heavy objects, and climb ladders.
