Electrical Superintendent / Foreman – Clearview, FL / Mobile, AL

Bart’s Electric is a full‑service electrical and special systems contractor with a reputation for reliability and service. We are seeking a qualified superintendent / foreman to lead electrical projects in the Clearview, FL / Mobile, AL area.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of planning, execution and completion of electrical projects within time and budget constraints.
• Interpret plans, specifications and submittals to properly plan and coordinate commercial electrical construction projects.
• Self‑perform electrical work as required: bend and run conduit (including underground), pull wire, install fixtures and outlets, dig ditches, read blueprints, install service and motor controls.
• Adhere to company policies, proper attire, safety procedures and customer focus.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Monitor and assess performance of self and crew to make improvements or take corrective action.
• Understand costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Position Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Holding a JM or Master license.
• Ability to work in inclement weather, stand entire shift, squat, bend, reach overhead, lift heavy and climb ladders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
