Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on industrial electrical installations, including duct banks, conduit, cable trays, terminations, and equipment install. You will spend significant time in the field ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across the project scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in industrial electrical installation scopes.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
• Ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance.
• Strong ethics and integrity; commitment to safety.
• Team player with ability to meet deadlines and goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Plan, schedule and execute field operations per contract specs, electrical code and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to meet project deadlines.
• Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties for project progress.
• Enforce company safety, attendance and workplace behavior standards.
