Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical subcontractors on large data center projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate schedules, supervise teams, ensure code compliance and maintain safety standards in a GC environment.

The role emphasizes live data center experience, strong coordination skills, and collaboration with PMs, clients, and vendors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of electrical trade or GC electrical oversight experience, including at least 5 years in supervision.
• Experience in live data centers; large commercial or industrial project experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field desired.
• Scheduling experience with Primavera P6; proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend or similar software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience overseeing electrical subcontractors for a non-self-performing GC desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical subcontractor installation teams on data center projects valued at $100M+.
• Serve as the primary electrical coordination contact for project managers, clients, trade partners and vendors.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules, field sequencing and interfaces with other construction disciplines.
• Inspect electrical work for compliance with drawings, specifications, codes and quality requirements.
• Monitor safety practices and reinforce OSHA requirements with subcontractor leadership.
• Track progress, identify delays and coordinate corrective actions with project and field teams.
• Resolve electrical coordination issues with mechanical, structural and civil superintendents.

Electrical Superintendent

Data Center Construction – Phoenix, AZ

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a general contractor to identify an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical subcontractors on greenfield and brownfield data center projects in Phoenix, Arizona. This local position offers no per diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical subcontractor installation teams on data center projects valued at $100M+.
• Serve as the primary electrical coordination contact for project managers, clients, trade partners and vendors.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules, field sequencing and interfaces with other construction disciplines.
• Inspect electrical work for compliance with drawings, specifications, codes and quality requirements.
• Monitor safety practices and reinforce OSHA requirements with subcontractor leadership.
• Track progress, identify delays and coordinate corrective actions with project and field teams.
• Resolve electrical coordination issues with mechanical, structural and civil superintendents.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field desired.
