Job summary

Big-D Mission Critical is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on data center projects, ensuring safe, high-quality installation of power distribution, medium-voltage systems, generators, UPS, and other critical infrastructure. This role leads electrical trade coordination, drives schedule performance, and supports commissioning efforts to deliver reliable facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of related experience on mission-critical commercial construction projects.
• Experience with MEP scopes, specifically electrical.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction on MEP scope on data center projects.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, production, logistics and coordination.
• Represents the company in meetings and interfaces with project stakeholders.
• Coordinates and directs all subcontractor and vendors.
• Leads project team to establish goals and accountability.
• Ensures subcontractor completion of assigned scope.
