Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects in Sandusky, OH. The role focuses on safety, schedule, quality, and productivity while coordinating diverse crews and subcontractors.

You will guide field teams, review drawings and specs, and partner with project managers to maintain milestones and ensure code-compliant installations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction field leadership experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or General Foreman on large, complex projects.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or similarly complex electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, specifications, and construction sequencing.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple scopes of work.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, manpower planning, productivity, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, schedule-driven construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects.
• Supervise electrical foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and installation activities to maintain project schedules.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, schedules, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, General Superintendents, general contractors, owners, and other trades.
• Monitor field productivity, project milestones, labor performance, and overall project progress.
• Ensure electrical installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
• Develop and manage short-term and look-ahead schedules.
• Proactively identify potential field conflicts, constructability issues, and schedule impacts.
• Support commissioning, testing, startup, punch-list, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all project and company safety requirements.
