Job summary

A leading electrical contractor in Virginia is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the installation of electrical systems. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, monitoring quality, and working closely with the Project Management Team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably with large projects, and hold a state journeyman license or engineering degree. Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision.
• Experience with $20M-$100M electrical projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.

• Plan, supervise, and direct personnel in the installation of electrical systems.
• Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with standards.

Work in conjunction with the Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts, schedules, labor, and tracking. Monitors quality of workmanship on the project and ensures compliance with the project and company standards. Evaluates, mentors, and trains field supervision and tradesmen. Performs takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related work. Evaluates productivity and schedules and makes the adjustments required to optimize efficiency
