Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as a General Foreman with 4 years of completed electrical apprenticeship program.
• Strong planning and scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of man hour reports, job cost reports, workface planning and estimating.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to supervise large groups.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises field crew and/or subcontractor and craft activities, including method of construction, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
• Coordinates work with other crafts, departments, or contractors.
• Liaises with engineering, estimating, project team, and planning to ensure drawings, specs, and schedule compliance.
• Maintains relationships with other departments to support craft activities and project schedule.
• Resolves construction problems and ensures safety program compliance.
• Demonstrates strong equipment setting capabilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
