Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial electrical projects. This role includes overseeing change-outs, retrofits, and installations for complex electrical systems, directing work activities of teams of electricians, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and budget standards.

Qualifications

• Current or previous leadership experience as a Lead Electrician, Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent.
• In-depth experience and knowledge of commercial electrical and control systems.
• 7+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprint drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work activities for electrical mechanics, apprentices, and helpers.
• Manage 10-15 electricians at a time.
• Provide guidance and demonstrate best practices to other electricians.
• Perform electrical installation when needed.
