Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to manage day-to-day operations of crews on electrical projects in Roanoke, VA. You will guide crews to meet budgets and schedules while delivering high-quality work and client satisfaction.

The role combines supervisory duties with hands-on tasks, requiring strong communication, coordination with multiple trades, and the ability to travel between job sites as needed. A solid background in electrical construction is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years electrical experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• Ability to supervise a team of 10+ workers daily.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise field crew and electrical activities, determine methods, manpower, and material quantities.
• Coordinate work with trades and other departments while maintaining schedule.
• Direct on-site team to ensure work meets drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Perform a wide range of skilled electrical tasks as required.
• Liaise with departments to ensure materials, inspections, and equipment support project schedule.
• Resolve construction problems and improve methods; ensure safety compliance.
