Job summary

J C ELECTRIC INC is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our commercial construction projects. The candidate will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation across multiple sites within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Requirements include 4+ years in construction management, familiarity with construction management software, strong leadership, and ability to pass background and drug screening.

• Understand all project general conditions and general requirements.
• Generate RFIs as required to ensure completeness of project documents and identify and clarify discrepancies.
• Manage and enforce safety practices daily.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Manpower management.
• Material ordering as deemed fit per job.

We have been in business for over 25 years and are a medium sized company that only works in the commercial construction field. We are seeking someone who can oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

• interface with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, owner, and architect
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
