Jobot is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a nationally recognized electrical contractor. You will lead safety and environmental programs, oversee job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity while coordinating labor, materials, and equipment.

You will supervise and develop a team of 15+ electricians, participate in field work, and collaborate with prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery on high-profile projects.

Job Details

As an Electrical Superintendent, you will play a key role in our construction projects, ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing and leading safety and environmental programs, overseeing job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity, and coordinating all labor, materials, and equipment. You will also be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and developing a team of 15+ electricians, participating in all field work activities, and collaborating with support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting.

• Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Complete field administration tasks, including timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ electricians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in all field work activities, demonstrating a hands-on approach and willingness to work with tools when necessary.

Qualifications
