Job summary

Chambers Electric in Houston invites an experienced Electrical Superintendent to provide field leadership, oversee project execution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical work. You will lead foremen, electricians, and apprentices, coordinate schedules and resources, and maintain safety and standards on site.

You will collaborate with project managers and clients, review plans, address issues early, and guide the team toward on-time, within-budget project completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or senior field leader.
• Extensive commercial electrical construction experience.
• Strong understanding of project plans, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Proven ability to lead and develop field teams.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.

• Provide overall field leadership for commercial electrical construction projects.
• Lead, support, and develop Foremen, electricians, and apprentices.
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, equipment, and daily field activities.
• Work closely with project managers, general contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Review project plans and specifications and identify potential challenges or inconsistencies.
• Monitor project progress and help keep electrical work aligned with the overall construction schedule.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues.
• Communicate project needs, risks, and progress clearly and consistently.
• Support the development of future field leaders within the organization.

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to provide field leadership, oversee project execution, and help ensure our teams deliver the quality our clients expect.

This role is for someone who can see the bigger picture while staying connected to what's happening on the jobsite. You'll lead people, coordinate work, solve problems, communicate with project stakeholders, and take ownership of project success.
