Job summary

Star Service, Inc. of Houston, a Fidelity Building Services Group company, is seeking an Electrical Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial, industrial, and municipal projects in the Houston area.

You will supervise Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors; coordinate crews, materials, and schedules; and ensure OSHA safety and NEC compliance. Strong leadership and blueprint-reading skills are required.

Qualifications

• Current Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.
• Strong NEC knowledge and ability to read blueprints and schedules.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for electrical construction projects.
• Supervise Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, Owners, and General Contractors.
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA and safety standards.
• Ensure installations comply with NEC and local codes.
• Develop and mentor field personnel and future leaders.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to join our growing Houston team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for commercial, industrial, and municipal electrical construction projects.
• Manage and supervise Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Owners, and General Contractors.
