Star Service, Inc. of Houston is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial, industrial, and municipal electrical projects in the Houston area.

You will supervise Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors, coordinate resources, and ensure safety and compliance with NEC and project specs. This role emphasizes leadership and development of field personnel.

Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
