Next Level Technician in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Electrical / Conveyance Superintendent to oversee conduit and pathway installations on site. The role includes managing leads, field crews, and daily manpower planning while ensuring QA/QC and safety standards are met.

Pay is $40–$50/hr DOE with weekly pay, PTO/medical benefits, and sign-on and referral bonuses. This position offers career growth and dedicated recruiter support in a fast-paced data center/industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial construction or low voltage experience.
• 2+ years field leadership experience.
• Strong conveyance/pathway experience.
• Experience coordinating with GCs and other trades.
• OSHA 30 required.

• Identify and resolve field constraints.
• Maintain accurate red-lines and as-built documentation.
• Ensure crews are working from current drawing revisions.
• Enforce project and OSHA safety requirements.
