Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and understand plans, specs, and scope documents.
• Experience in electrical substations and transmission/distribution systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of electrical contractors and civil contractors on transmission and substations.
• Coordinate field activities, track labor and equipment, and review invoices.
• Prepare daily reports, switch orders, and manage material inventory.
• Work 8–10 hour days, 5–6 days per week, with long drives as needed.
• Ensure safety, use PPE, and adhere to company vehicle policies.
