Job summary

Boswell Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Coordinator to supervise electrical contractors at substations and in Right-Of-Way work across Frederick, MD. The role demands field oversight, long hours, and meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating labor and equipment, reviewing invoices and change orders, and generating daily reports while ensuring safety and compliance within the Potomac Edison network footprint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work long hours, nights, and weekends when needed.
• Knowledge of electrical substations and transmission/distribution systems.
• Ability to interact professionally and communicate effectively.
• Ability to read and understand plans, specs, and scope documents.
• Proficiency in engineering math and basic computer tools (MS Office, Adobe).
• Capability to write technically on subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of electrical contractors in substations and above/below-ground facilities.
• Coordinate and facilitate work through detailed daily reports, invoices, and change orders.
• Prepare and review switching orders and material inventories.
• Travel as needed and work in outdoor field environments.
• Adhere to safety policies and company vehicle rules.
