Job summary

Schneider Electric, based in the Nashville area, seeks an Electrical Engineer – Unit Substations to coordinate MV transformer substation designs and align manufacturing with growth targets. You will work with sales and production partners, use CAD and SAP to manage orders, develop coordination templates, and pursue continuous improvements with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• CAD, Salesforce and SAP experience preferred
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Autonomous self-starter with motivation and drive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit substations orders design and integrations within the MV Transformer team
• Leveraging SAP and CAD to manage and optimize unit substation orders
• Resolve escalations and implement preventive measures to mitigate risk
• Communicate across teams and with production partners for alignment
• Identify data gaps and drive end-to-end process improvements
• Champion customer-centric approaches to enhance tools and productivity
• Help develop training materials for stakeholders
