Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• At least 2 years of related building systems design experience; retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic design calculations under the direction of the Project Manager, Lead Engineer, and Engineer of Record.
• Develops floor plans from schematic design to construction documents.
• Produces basic schematic diagrams (plumbing isometrics, electrical risers).
• Coordinates space and clearance requirements with design partners.
• Develops equipment schedules for commodity items.
• Performs site visits and drafts existing conditions into design software.
