Job summary

Dürr Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced professional to lead electrical panel shop activities at our Novi, Michigan facility. The role focuses on cost estimation, resource planning, and procedural maintenance to support manufacturing schedules and process improvements.

This full-time, on-site position requires 8+ years related experience, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, estimating, and production teams while managing union personnel and complex scheduling.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Eight or more years of position related experience.
  • Able to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Understand control panel assembly process and its cost/time impacts.
  • Understand union collective bargaining agreements.
  • Understand assembly/construction processes and cost impacts.
  • Knowledge of paint finishing related products and systems.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Able to understand and maintain project schedules.
  • Good organizational and technical writing skills.
  • Able to communicate with engineering, estimating, contractors, suppliers, customers.
  • Able to work well independently and in a team.
  • Able to define problems and propose solutions.
  • Adaptable to change in a learning environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
