DKD Enterprises LLC is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install electrical systems at commercial and industrial sites. You will respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with project managers and the Service Department.

Applicants should have 3+ years of electrical experience, an NM license or certification, and strong NEC knowledge. Excellent communication and safety practices are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• New Mexico electrical license or certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical problems and perform service, maintenance, and repair work.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Respond to service calls and communicate findings clearly to customers.
• Identify materials and equipment required for service tasks.
• Maintain accurate reports, time records, and documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and jobsite requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with managers and field personnel as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies when required.
