Responsibilities

Electrical Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial systems and equipment
• Perform repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Identify root causes of electrical failures and implement solutions

Installation & Maintenance

• Install electrical systems, components, and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial electrical systems
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company procedures

Customer Service

• Interact professionally with customers at job sites
• Provide guidance on preventive maintenance and electrical safety
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through quality service

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of:

• Service calls
• Repairs and maintenance
• Training
• Expenses

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum4 years of electrical experience
• Commercial electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience required
• Electrical apprenticeship training preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
• Familiarity with commercial electrical systems and equipment

Communication

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to50 lbs
• Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods
