Job summary

Elcon Electric, based in Deerfield Beach, FL, is hiring experienced Service Technicians for residential and commercial service calls across Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. A minimum of 3 years running a service truck is required, with strong diagnostic and customer communication skills.

Company vehicle, benefits, and a supportive team are provided. Candidates should be able to diagnose problems, work independently, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems per the NEC.
• Troubleshoot residential and commercial electrical issues.
• Run tests on electrical components to ensure safe installations.
• Inspect systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards.
• Communicate clearly with customers about work and payments.
• Complete work tickets accurately for each service call.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site electrical service calls across tri-county area (Dade, Broward, Palm Beach).
• Diagnose and repair electrical problems in homes and businesses.
