Penguin Air, Plumbing & Electrical seeks an Electrical Service Technician to diagnose and repair electrical systems in homes and businesses. You’ll work independently, explain issues plainly, and ensure first-time quality on wiring, panels, fixtures and circuits.

We offer weekly pay with incentives, a 401(k) match, holiday and vacation pay, health benefits, and company events. This is field-based and requires a clean driving record and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical apprenticeship certification preferred.
• Residential/commercial electrical service experience is desirable.
• Journeyman license or state certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical issues and repair wiring, circuits, panels, outlets, and lighting.
• Install and service electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Provide upfront pricing and explain solutions to customers clearly.
• Run safety and performance tests on each system you work on.
• Document job notes, photos, and parts used for each call.
• Collect payments and maintain truck inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and local electrical codes.
