Job summary

Penguin Air, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and services on residential HVAC systems in the Phoenix area. You will troubleshoot systems, diagnose repair options, and conduct safety checks including carbon monoxide and gas leak tests.

You will also handle payments, manage truck inventory, and communicate outcomes to homeowners. Strong customer service skills and a valid driver’s license are required; pre-employment background checks and drug

Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
