Loenbro, LLC – Commercial/Industrial – Dallas, TX is seeking an Electrical Service Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate with project managers, supervisors, customers, and field personnel to ensure safe, efficient completion and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Texas State electrical journeyman license.
• Minimum 4 years documented field work or 4-year electrical apprenticeship.
• Excellent understanding of the electrical industry.
• Foreman, leadman, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design layout, plan, and execute small jobs while leading a small crew.
• Make generic written estimates of time, materials, and manpower.
• Communicate with vendors, engineers, owners, service managers, and contractors to keep jobs within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and identify sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Show self-motivation and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

Electrical Service Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems across commercial and industrial projects. Coordinates with project managers, supervisors, customers, and field personnel to ensure safe, efficient completion and exceptional customer satisfaction. Leads and mentors journeyman and apprentice electricians, ensuring compliance with codes, specifications, and safety standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Texas State electrical journeyman license.
• Minimum 4 years documented field work or completion of a 4-year electrical apprentice program.

• Previous foreman, leadman, or supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Outdoor construction setting with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, and other environmental factors.
• Frequent visits to outdoor construction sites with exposure to weather extremes.
• If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability required; all drivers subject to DMV background checks.
• Sit, stoop, crawl, and kneel as needed.
• Compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.
