Job summary

Loenbro in Austin, TX is hiring an Electrical Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across commercial and industrial projects. This role works with project managers, supervisors, customers, and field personnel to coordinate service work, ensure safety, and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas journeyman license, has 4+ years of field experience or a four-year electrical apprenticeship, and can lead journeymen

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Texas State electrical journeyman license.
• Minimum 4 years documented field work or completion of 4-year electrical apprentice program.
• Excellent understanding of the electrical industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform layout, plan, and execute small jobs while leading a small crew.
• Make generic written estimates of time, materials, and manpower required to complete service tasks.
• Communicate with vendors, engineers, owners, service managers, and other contractors to ensure jobs are completed within scope and on budget.
• Develop and maintain respectful, positive working relationships with clients and identify sales opportunities.
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and flexibility to adapt to fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.

Job Summary

Loenbro is hiring an Electrical Service Technician to perform the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems while delivering high-quality service and technicalexpertiseacross a variety of commercial and industrial projects. This role works closely with project managers, supervisors, customers, and field personnel to coordinate service work, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, andmaintainexceptional customer satisfaction. The Electrical Service Technicianis responsible forperforming electrical installations independently and, whenrequired, leading and mentoring journeyman and apprentice electricians byprovidingtechnical guidance, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring work is completed in compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, and company safety standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled electrician with strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality service while supporting project success and operational excellence.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Outdoor construction setting with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, and other environmental factors.

• Frequent visits to outdoor construction sites with exposure to weather extremes.
