Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Service Division, oversee operations, and drive profitable growth. You will manage field and office teams, shape service offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service management/operations management in the electrical industry.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management experience.
• Strong knowledge of service operations, estimating, project management, and CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan or similar software.
• Proven leadership, coaching, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all Service Division personnel.
• Set performance expectations and development plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Identify growth opportunities, recurring revenue, and new services.
• Assist in proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and marketing materials.
• Manage revenue, gross profit, budgets, and overall financials.
• Monitor expenses to meet profitability goals.
• Review invoices, timesheets, WOs, POs, and project costs.
• Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and staffing.
• Coordinate manpower with other departments.
