Jacks Electric LLC is seeking a motivated Service Administrator to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role supports field operations by coordinating service jobs, submitting permits and NOC documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have permitting and NOC experience and strong organizational and communication skills to deliver excellent front-line customer service in a fast-paced electrical services company.

Qualifications

• Permitting, NOC submission and coordination with FPL scheduling experience.
• Previous service administrative experience in electrical or trades is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service technicians for service jobs.
• Submit Permits and NOC's and follow up.
• Coordinate with FPL and No Cuts.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide frontline customer service.
• Manage work orders from creation to completion with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with field technicians to track job status and updates for customers and management.
• Maintain and update customer records and service boards.
• Support the office with administrative tasks and coordination.
