CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Section Manager to join our MEP Team in Bethlehem, PA. In this role, you will guide a team of electrical professionals while contributing technical expertise to coordinated building design projects for public, private, manufacturing, and institutional facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Organize, direct, and coordinate electrical engineering activities for building design projects, from initial planning and system evaluation through design and implementation
• Collaborate with MEP leadership to manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of technical professionals while supporting quality, productivity, and utilization goals
• Effectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical MEP initiatives
• Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phase

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required
• Minimum of 4 years of electrical engineering, power distribution, fire alarm, and lighting design experience required, including prior team management experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office required; experience with SKM software preferred
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
• An articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage relationships across the company
• Strategic thinker with the ability to guide and motivate team activity and resolve issues with urgency
• Experience with project budgeting preferred; basic understanding of accounting processes
• Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

Salary Range:

$115,000 - $130,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
