Job summary

Dawson's Electric & Air in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an Electrical Sales Representative who will price and sell residential electrical services, from whole-home rewires to panel replacements, with a consultative approach to diagnose wiring issues and provide trusted recommendations.

You will track KPIs, boost service truck productivity, and collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution while building lasting client relationships and keeping up with industry trends and

• Proven experience in residential electrical sales, including pricing and service work expertise.
• Strong knowledge of older home wiring systems, diagnostics, and replacement recommendations.
• Ability to set and achieve high-performance KPIs and deliver on sales goals.
• Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
